a quick hello...

MOOD/EMOTIONS: detatched and numb... freezing today.

i went this am to therapy and i was pissed and anxious because i was a few min late and i DETEST being late... 
well when i got there i was still extremely groggy from my meds and im not sure as to why - ive not changed anything and yesterday didnt take the trazedone again... the grogginess still hasnt worn off but i was able to function a little and then took a short nap - i was exhausted enough that the tv was on and loud and i slept right through it!

last week i didnt write much - i had no reason or thoughts to write really and i just didnt want to do anything except laydown and try to sleep... tonight i woke slightly to a noise in the kitchen and hubby had already made the dinner - dam...

shit - i just spill cold liquid all over me  - bbl maybe...
